We are excited to be delivering a workshop to support clubs to start or continue the process of listening and working with young people.

We are committed to ensuring that young people have a voice and are at the heart of decision making at Oxfordshire FA and across the county. 

As part of this work, we are excited to announce that will be delivering ‘An Introduction to Listening to Young People’ workshop to support clubs in Oxfordshire to start or continue the process of listening to young people.

This workshop will go through the why, how and benefits of listening and working in partnership with young people as well as providing you with 'good practice' examples from across the game. This session will also give an opportunity to ask questions and network with other clubs in the county.

An Introduction to Listening to Young People at Your Club

Who: This session is suitable for Club Committee Members
