As you will be aware applications for the Oxfordshire County Cups were made online during the membership renewal process through the Whole Game System portal.

The application window has closed and we are currently preparing for the upcoming draws for all competitions.

We would like to ensure that all teams who wish to compete get the opportunity to and are asking all clubs to have one final check of submitted applications.
 
What am I required to do?
Attached below is a spreadsheet showing the received applications for all competitions. Please open the attachment and check that the data is correct. The columns are filtered if you just want to select your own club. We have also shown where multiple entries in youth cups.

Please note we only require a response if there are any entries either missing or incorrect.

What do I do if an entry is missing?
Please email Sanctioning@OxfordshireFA.com stating the team name and age group along with the competition they wish to be entered into. You will receive an email response once this has been completed.
 
What do I do if I need to remove a team from a competition?
If there is a team entered into a competition they do not wish to take part in, please email Sanctioning@OxfordshireFA.com stating the team name and the competition they are entered. You will receive an email response once this has been completed.

The deadline for any amendments to your online applications must be provided before NOON on Monday 13 August. After this time the draws will be completed and there will be no changes allowed to the structure of all competitions.
