Development is at the heart of everything NextGen is about, so it’s important to outline how members can progress.

• To support a clear pathway through NextGen, members will receive continued support from Oxfordshire FA staff, as well as our Youth Leadership Team. Progression to the next level is always encouraged, and down to the members’ personal development.

• To be able to progress, attendance at personal development sessions (a minimum one of three), one relevant CPD event, and creation of an agreed Personal Development Plan (PDP) are expected.
  
  
• At the end of each season, we'll be hosting a feedback session with our NextGen members, where they can showcase their current activity and explore what they have achieved during that respective season. Following this feedback session, members will be able to renew to the following season as part of NextGen.
