Over the course of NextGen, we will be using a number of platforms and partnerships to engage with our members.

• We’ll use social media, newsletters, and club outreach through their respective leagues, to engage with people aged 14-24 and encourage them to become part of NextGen
  
  
• We’re keen to work in partnership with the OCVA Hub, and will be asking local clubs to engage with their current young leaders/player role models, to increase the number of young volunteers that sign up to NextGen and maximise impact
  
  
• An online platform will be created to allow all NextGen members to communicate and network 24/7, while also accessing online content and support
  
  
• Access to training webinars and online FA courses, as well as national initiatives and programmes. Involvement in these will be encouraged throughout the season
