NextGen Progression

NextGen consists of three tiers of progression, which support the development of everyone involved in the programme.

BRONZE LEVEL

All NextGen members will begin their journey at Bronze Level, where the focus will be on personal development.

Access will be available for online resources, personal development sessions, and local/national webinars.

The key element of this level is the ability to connect with other NextGen members.

SILVER LEVEL

At Silver Level, NextGen will challenge members to develop others, primarily focusing on their local clubs and the Oxfordshire grassroots network.

NextGen members will be required to attend sessions to be able to demonstrate what they have learned in practice with their respective clubs.

GOLD LEVEL

Gold Level focuses on the impact NextGen members can have in their community.

With the support of Oxfordshire FA and our Youth Leadership Team, members will be able to meet with clubs and understand the clubs’ needs going forward. An example of this would be to set up Youth Councils and Youth Forums.

All members will be required to continue attending webinars and forums.

Being a part of the Gold Level will automatically enrol the NextGen member into Oxfordshire FA’s Youth Leadership Team, and work towards the FA Youth Leadership Academy Programme.
