RECOGNISING VOLUNTEER ACHIEVEMENT IN GRASSROOTS FOOTBALL

The FA offers a Long Service Award to individuals who have given significant service to the game. 

This is to recognise and reward the non-continuous activity and valuable service whatever role/position held. There are different levels of recognition, awarded by the national FA. Details of these awards and how to apply can be found below.

Referee and/or Match Official

25 Years (Continuous Service) - awarded by The FA

40 Years (Continuous Service) - awarded by The FA

50 Years (Continuous Service) - awarded by The FA

County Members, Club Officials and League Officials

50 Years - awarded by The FA (need not run continuously) 

How to nominate:

Nominations are open all year and are made by completing the nomination form (below) and submitting it to Oxfordshire FA for consideration.
