Oxfordshire FA is excited to confirm details of our very first workshop as part of our brand-new NextGen programme, aimed at 14-24s in Oxfordshire to support personal development and career aspirations – both in football and away from the game.

Taking place on Monday 28 October at Kidlington Football Club (OX5 1AT), from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, our NextGen event is titled ‘Insight & Development Into Coaching’.

During the session, delivered by our guest speaker (details TBC), the workshop will provide details of how to get started in coaching, and highlight the potential career routes and developmental opportunities on hand from Oxfordshire FA as the coaching journey progresses.

This first workshop will go on to lead into further development workshops we’re hosting as part of NextGen.

NextGen launched at the start of 2024-25 with one thing in mind: to engage, inspire and develop our NextGen members to support an active involvement and progression in the beautiful game, but to maximise potential beyond football.
