Recognising the need for a structured approach to EDI, Kal Mann (Inclusion officer) and Longford Park FC Chairman Brent Lennard established an Inclusion Group comprising over 6 passionate members which has now grown to 20 inclusion members. The Inclusion Group meets regularly to discuss strategies for increasing participation from underrepresented groups, planning events that celebrate diversity, and implementing training programs focused on EDI education.

Supporting young people to play football – Banbury Inclusive partnership – With the support of local clubs around the area Longford Park FC plays its part in hosting and helping children with learning difficulties or disabilities come and play football. To continue this project, we need funding, and any support is welcomed.
