An exciting opportunity to join our team in a brand-new role.

As Oxfordshire FA embarks on our brand-new four-year strategy to grow and develop the game across the county, we’re recruiting for the new role of Football Development Officer (Player Pathways).

Our Football Development Officer (Player Pathways) will work as part of our dedicated Football Development team to support our affiliated clubs, leagues, and key partner organisations and communities to provide opportunities to inspire and enjoy football, from under-7s through to over-70s.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with opportunities to work remotely from our Bodicote office, from home, and locations around Oxfordshire

Salary: £26,000 per-annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends in-line with the demands of the role)

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term to June 2028
