Oxfordshire To Host England Talent Day
Each year, The Football Association hold England Talent Days across the country where players can access expert coaching and have the opportunity to be scouted with the goal of finding the next Three Lions stars.
In partnership with Berks and Bucks FA, the England Talent Team is coming to our region and we are looking for players to access this unique opportunity.
England is a leading nation within international disability football having recently finished fourth in the Deaf Female Futsal European Championships, third in the Partially Sighted European Championships and runners-up in the Powerchair World Cup.
To continue to build on these recent results we are constantly searching for the next England international and the England Talent Day is the ideal opportunity to get noticed by the England Talent Team.
The England Talent Day event will take place on Sunday 9 June, between 11:30am-1:00pm at Whitelands Farm, Bicester (OX26 1AJ).
Players will be split into two age groups; 7-11-years-old and 12-16-years-old. We are looking for players with the following disabilities; Amputee, Blind, Deaf (male and female), Cerebral Palsy and Partially Sighted. A separate England Talent Day will be held for Powerchair players on Sunday 21 July at Rivermead Leisure Complex, Reading (RG1 8EQ).
