NextGen goes far beyond Oxfordshire FA, and is something that every club and league within the Oxfordshire football community can support/get involved in.

Making the Pledge

We’d love clubs and leagues in the county to make a pledge to support the programme, as well as any NextGen members that are connected to their club.

This will consist of promoting any recognition for their members, whilst providing support/opportunities at the club/league for supporting teams, officiating youth games, and being part of the committee.

Clubs will also be asked to support NextGen members and our Youth Leadership Team to form Youth Forums or Youth Councils.


Wider Support

As well as our grassroots leagues and clubs, we have strong relationships with universities, colleges, businesses, and wider organisations in Oxfordshire that we’ll engage with to support our NextGen members.

This will mean an increase in opportunity across various areas of industry, as well as football, while focusing on how to enhance our volunteer workforce in Oxfordshire.
