The Community Champion’s role is to support new women, and coaches from Diverse Communities, into coaching in Oxfordshire.

This support is offered via a structured two-module delivery programme which will support female coaches, and coaches from diverse communities, to gain an introduction to coaching and the skills within it. 

More details on the upcoming modules for this will be available once a Community Champion has been recruited.
